Non-Recyclable Materials definition

Non-Recyclable Materials means all Pyrex glass, window glass, light bulbs, mirrors, broken glass and china, all Styrofoam and melamine type plastics, all waxed paper, waxed cardboard, envelopes with gummed labels or plastic windows, glossy paper, magazines and all other paper, garbage and rubbish, telephone directories, etc., not defined as recyclable materials.
Non-Recyclable Materials means any items or materials that cannot be recycled, and including but not limited to Clay, Plastic, Glass, Fabric Mesh, Mattresses, Tyres, Carpet, Underlay, Rubber, Vinyl, Synthetic Grass.
Non-Recyclable Materials means all materials or substances including Unacceptable Material, but not including Recyclable Material as approved by the (Town/City/Region/Agency) in Schedule of Attachments of the Agreement, that are delivered to the MRF for processing.

Examples of Non-Recyclable Materials in a sentence

  • Where you anticipate the bin will consist of more than 40% Non-Recyclable Materials then you must notify us prior to making a booking so that we can quote you in advance.

More Definitions of Non-Recyclable Materials

Non-Recyclable Materials means those materials collected by Franchisee as part of a Recyclables collection program and delivered to the Designated Material Recovery Facility that require disposal because they are not Acceptable Recyclable Materials pursuant to Appendix D, or Acceptable Recyclable Materials but are: Not free of food/liquid, or Free of food/liquid but: Are smaller than 2”-2.5” and, as a result, are not recoverable using industry-standard processing equipment or otherwise commercially reasonable methods, or Placed in a Container by the generator in a manner or condition that renders them unmarketable (e.g. contaminated with paint, mangled), or Where no commercially reasonable market exists for their disposition..
Non-Recyclable Materials means all items defined as such by Schedule ‘B’ Section 2, of this By-Law including waste and other refuse except hazardous waste and recyclable materials.
Non-Recyclable Materials means those materials collected by Franchisee as part of a Recyclables collection program and delivered to the Designated Material Recovery Facility that require disposal because they are:
Non-Recyclable Materials means all materials not defined as recyclable materials under paragraph (l), below.
Non-Recyclable Materials means materials not listed in Schedule “A”.

Related to Non-Recyclable Materials

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.
