Nonusage Fee definition

Nonusage Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.07(b) of this Credit Agreement.

Examples of Nonusage Fee in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee (the "Non-usage Fee") with respect to each calendar quarter during the term of Facility A, based on the unused amount of Facility A.

  • On each Monthly Payment Date, the Fund will pay to State Street an amount equal to the sum of the Aggregate Monthly Payment and the Non-usage Fee, if any, with respect to the related Monthly Calculation Period.
