During periods other than Normal Building Operating Hours, Tenant shall have access to the Premises, but such access shall also be subject to the Rules and Regulations.
During Normal Building Operating Hours, the Building shall, subject to the provisions of Section 5.2, be open and access to the Premises shall be freely available, subject to the Rules and Regulations.
Any day (other than a Saturday) on which Normal Building Operating Hours shall occur shall be a “Business Day”.

Tenant may request HVAC service outside of Normal Building Operating Hours by submitting a request in writing to the Building Manager’s office by noon of the preceding workday.
