Northern Ireland System Operator Licence definition

Northern Ireland System Operator Licence means the licence granted under Article 10(1)(b) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 to SONI on [●] 2007 or a licence subsequently granted under Article 10(1)(b) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992;
Northern Ireland System Operator Licence. “ means the licence granted under Article 10 (1)(b) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 to SONI on 3rd July 2007 or a licence subsequently granted under Article 10 (1)(b) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992;
