Note Obligations Amount definition

Note Obligations Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Outstanding Principal Balance plus (ii) any accrued and unpaid interest thereon to but not including such date.
Note Obligations Amount means, as at any time, the then Outstanding Principal Balance together with any accrued, unpaid and non-capitalized Interest (including PIK Interest not already reflected in the Outstanding Principal Balance).
