Notice Day definition

Notice Day means a day on which a notice of intention to deliver Digital Currency may be issued or deemed issued by a Clearing Member to the Clearing Organization with respect to an open Position in a Digital Currency Futures Contract.

Notice Day means a day other than a Saturday or a Sunday or a public holiday in the place where the Notice is delivered. This clause 17.5 will apply in the absence of proof of earlier receipt. Subject to clause 17.6, any Notice will be deemed to have been duly given:

Examples of Notice Day in a sentence
