Notice List definition

Notice List means the list of persons in a regulatory proceeding who will receive all Board opinions and orders and all hearing officer orders. Persons on a notice list generally do not receive copies of motions, public comments, or testimony. (See definition of "service list" in this Section.) (See also 35 Ill. Adm. Code 102.422.)

Notice List means the list of names and associated contact information of those persons who have sent the Executive Director a written request to be notified of significant events with respect to a specific Compact Proceeding.

Notice List means a list of all persons to whom the Settlement Administrator sent Mail Notice or Email Notices. The Notice List shall also include for each person listed the mailing address to which any Mail Notice was sent and the email address to which any Email Notices were sent.
