Mail Notice definition

Mail Notice means the notice that is mailed by the Settlement Administrator to potential Settlement Class Members, in a form substantially similar to Exhibit A to this Agreement and/or as ultimately approved by the Court.
Mail Notice means the Notice of Proposed Settlements of Class Action to be provided to the Classes as provided in this Settlement Agreement, the Preliminary Approval Order, and the Notice Order.
Mail Notice means the postcard notice that will be provided pursuant to Section III.E.1 of this Agreement, subject to approval by the Court, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.

  • The Court approves the Class Notice in the Agreement, including the Email Notice attached as Exhibit G to the Agreement, the Website Notice attached as Exhibit B to the Agreement, and the Mail Notice attached as Exhibit E to the Agreement and the manner of providing notice to Settlement Class Members described in Section 6 of the Agreement.

  • Should the NCOA show a more current address, the Administrator shall post the Mail Notice to the more current address.

More Definitions of Mail Notice

Mail Notice means the form of notice to be mailed by the Claims Administrator to all Class Members with a known address. Mail Notice shall take a form substantially the same as that attached hereto as side one of Exhibit A.
