Mail Notice definition

Mail Notice means the notice that is mailed by the Settlement Administrator to potential Settlement Class Members, in a form substantially similar to Exhibit A to this Agreement and/or as ultimately approved by the Court.

Mail Notice means the Notice of Proposed Settlements of Class Action to be provided to the Classes as provided in this Settlement Agreement, the Preliminary Approval Order, and the Notice Order.

Mail Notice means the postcard notice that will be provided pursuant to Section III.E.1 of this Agreement, subject to approval by the Court, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.

• The Court approves the Class Notice in the Agreement, including the Email Notice attached as Exhibit G to the Agreement, the Website Notice attached as Exhibit B to the Agreement, and the Mail Notice attached as Exhibit E to the Agreement and the manner of providing notice to Settlement Class Members described in Section 6 of the Agreement.

• Should the NCOA show a more current address, the Administrator shall post the Mail Notice to the more current address.

• Class Notice will be accomplished through a combination of the Direct Mail Notice, Publication Notice, notice through the settlement website, Long Form Notice, social media notice, and other applicable notice, each of which is described below, as specified in the Preliminary Approval Order, the Declaration of the Settlement Notice Administrator (attached hereto as Exhibit 9), and this Settlement Agreement and in order to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, Fed.

• The Mail Notice shall be mailed to those potential Settlement Class Members for whom an email address is not available on the Notice Date and to those potential Settlement Class Members for whom an email is known to not have been successfully delivered not more than seven (7) Days after the Administrator receives notice of an undelivered email.

• A potential Settlement Class Member who wishes to opt out of the Class must do so in writing by completing and sending to the Administrator, at the address listed in the Class Notice and on the Settlement Website, a Request for Exclusion that is postmarked no later than the Opt-Out Deadline, as specified in the Email Notice, Mail Notice, Settlement Website, and Preliminary Approval Order.

More Definitions of Mail Notice

Mail Notice means the form of notice to be mailed by the Claims Administrator to all Class Members with a known address. Mail Notice shall take a form substantially the same as that attached hereto as side one of Exhibit A.

Mail Notice means the postcard individual notice that is mailed by the Administrator to Settlement Class Members, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 5 to this Agreement.

Mail Notice means the postcard notice that will be mailed by the U.S. Postal Service to Notice Recipients for whom Defendant does not possess e-mail addresses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Mail Notice means the notice that is mailed by the Settlement Administrator to potential Settlement Class Members, in a form substantially similar to Exhibit A to this Settlement Agreement and/or as ultimately approved by the Court.

Mail Notice means a mailed notice, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, that, among other things, includes a removable, postage prepaid Claim Form, and provides information about the Settlement required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(c) and (e), and refers Settlement Class Members to the Settlement Website for a Claim Form and additional information.

Mail Notice means the post card notice that will be mailed by U.S. Postal Service to Members of the Settlement Classes.
