Notice of Certification and Settlement Approval Hearing definition

Notice of Certification and Settlement Approval Hearing means the form of notice as approved by the Court to inform Class Members of: (1) certification of the Action in accordance with section 19 of the Class Proceedings Act, RSBC 1996, c 50; and (2) the date and location of the hearing to approve this Settlement Agreement and the principle elements of this Settlement Agreement.
