Notice of Disapproval definition

Notice of Disapproval or “Disapproval” means NMED-issued correspondence requiring revision and resubmittal of a deficient document;
Notice of Disapproval has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1(h).
Notice of Disapproval has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(c).
