Notice of intended discipline means service of a Complaint and Relief From Duty, Suspension or Demotion, Form 1.61, for a suspension and/or demotion which is not appealed to a Board of Rights or administrative appeal; or a Decision of the Board and Execution of the Order, Form 1.73; or a Decision of the Hearing Officer Administrative Appeal Hearing and Order of the Chief of Police, Form 1.73.1.

  • Notice of Intention means a notice to commence mining operations, including revisions to the notice.

  • Second Level Domain means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain.   • Without Cause means a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company other than for a termination for Cause or due to Disability.

  • Mental, Nervous or Psychological Disorder means a mental or nervous health condition including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, neurosis, phobia, psychosis; or any related physical manifestation.

  • Without Cause Termination or “Terminated Without Cause” means termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company other than due to death, disability, or Termination for Cause.

  • Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).

  • Notice of Renewal has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Step-In Notice has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

  • Termination Without Cause means a Separation as a result of a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company without Cause and other than as a result of Disability.
