Notice of Intention means a notice to commence mining operations, including revisions to the notice.

Notice of Dissatisfaction means the notice given by either Party to the other indicating its dissatisfaction and intention to commence arbitration.
LETTER OF INTENT/FAX OF INTENT means intimation by a Fax/Letter to Tenderer(s) that the tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in the letter.
Notice of Intent to Cure has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.15(b).

Second Level Domain means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. Service-connected disability means a disability incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval, or air service as described in 38 USC 101(16).
Without Cause means a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company other than for a termination for Cause or due to Disability.
Mental, Nervous or Psychological Disorder means a mental or nervous health condition including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, neurosis, phobia, psychosis; or any related physical manifestation.
Without Cause Termination or “Terminated Without Cause” means termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company other than due to death, disability, or Termination for Cause.
Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
Notice of Renewal has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
