Notification Services definition

Notification Services means notification by first class mail or e-mail. E- mail notification will be provided in lieu of first class mail to the extent reasonable, practicable and where permitted under the applicable Breach Notice Law. Notification Services will be provided by a service provider selected by the Underwriters in consultation with the Named Insured from the list of service providers in the Information Packet and will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Information Packet.

Related to Notification Services

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
