Notification to New Employer. In the event that I leave the employ of the Company, I hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to my new employer about my rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification to New Employer. In the event that Employee’s employment with ServiceSource ends, Employee consents to notification by ServiceSource to any subsequent employer of Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification to New Employer. In the event that Employee leaves the employ of the Company, Employee hereby gives his consent to notification by the Company to his new employer about Employee's obligations under this Agreement, including providing such new employer a copy of this Agreement. The Company shall provide Employee a copy of such written notification (if any) given to Employee's new employer pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence. Employee hereby agrees to provide (prior to his commencement of employment with such new employer) any such new employer a copy of this Agreement.
Notification to New Employer. During Executive’s employment with the Company and for 12 months thereafter, Executive will advise the Company of any new employer of his, or any other person or entity for whom he may perform services, either before or within three (3) days after accepting an offer to work for such employer or other person or entity. Executive hereby agrees to notify, and grants consent to notification by the Company to, any new employer, or other person or entity for whom he may perform services, of his obligations under this Section 7 and under Section 5(d) above (relating to “Garden Leave”).
Notification to New Employer. In the event that you leave the employment of the Company, you hereby consent to the notification to your new employer of your duties and obligations hereunder with respect inter alia to confidentiality, intellectual property rights, Inventions, your notice period, your non-compete and non-solicitation obligations.
Notification to New Employer. Employee understands that the various terms and conditions of this Agreement shall survive and continue after Employee’s employment with the Company terminates. Accordingly, Employee hereby expressly agrees that the Company may inform Employee’s new employer regarding Employee’s duties and obligations under this Agreement. (a) Any provision in an employment agreement which provides that an employee shall assign, or offer to assign, any of his or her rights in an invention to his or her employer shall not apply to an invention that the employee developed entirely on his or her own time without using the employer’s equipment, supplies, facilities, or trade secret information except for those inventions that either:
(1) Relate at the time of conception or reduction to practice of the invention to the employer’s business, or actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development of the employer; or
(2) Result from any work performed by the employee for the employer.
(b) To the extent a provision in an employment agreement purports to require an employee to assign an invention otherwise excluded from being required to be assigned under subdivision (a), the provision is against the public policy of this state and is unenforceable.
Notification to New Employer. In the event that Executive’s employment with ServiceSource ends, Executive consents to notification by ServiceSource to any subsequent employer of Executive’s rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification to New Employer. If Executive leaves the employ of the Company, Executive consents to the Company's notification to any new employer of Executive's rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Notification to New Employer. Employee acknowledges and consents that if Employee leaves CIT’s employment and is employed by a new employer, CIT may notify any such new employer of Employee’s obligations under this Agreement, and that such notification will not be deemed a tortious interference with Employee’s new employment.
Notification to New Employer. In the event that I leave the employ of IBEX, and I become employed by an employer engaged in or which proposes to be engaged in a business competitive with any business which the Company was engaged during my term of employment or in which during the term of my employment the Company proposed to enter or become engaged in, I hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to my new employer about my rights and obligations under this Agreement.
