NRD Trustees definition

NRD Trustees shall refer to any and all governmental entities that possess claims for natural resource damages related to the Deepwater Horizon Incident under applicable law, including, without limitation, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Department of the Interior, Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Geological Survey of Alabama, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, Louisiana Oil Spill Coordinator’s Office, Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, Texas General Land Office, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, all and only in their capacities as trustees of their respective jurisdiction’s natural resources.
NRD Trustees means the Department of the Interior (DOI), acting through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Department of Commerce, acting through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), which have been designated pursuant to CERCLA Section 107 to act as trustees for NRD pertaining to the Diamond Alkali Site.
NRD Trustees means the United States Department of Commerce acting through NOAA and DOI acting through the Fish and Wildlife Service, which have been designated pursuant to CERCLA Section 107 to act as trustees for NRD pertaining to the Diamond Alkali Site.

  • Parent Trustees means the Trustees elected or appointed pursuant to Articles 53 – 56 inclusive;

  • Trustees refers to the persons who have signed this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, so long as they continue in office in accordance with the terms hereof, and all other persons who may from time to time be duly elected or appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees in accordance with the provisions hereof, and reference herein to a Trustee or the Trustees shall refer to such person or persons in their capacity as trustees hereunder;

  • Independent Trustees means the members of the Fund’s Board of Trustees who are not "interested persons" (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) of the Fund and who have no direct or indirect financial interest in the operation of this Plan or in any agreement relating to this Plan.

  • Other Trustees Means the trustees under the Other Agreements, and any successor or other trustee appointed as provided therein.
