OCC Agreement definition

OCC Agreement means the formal written Agreement by and between Roma Bank and the Comptroller of the Currency entered into as of September 21, 2012.
OCC Agreement means the Agreement entered into between Polonia Bank and the OCC dated October 21, 2014, and the amendment thereto dated November 10, 2015.
