Occupancy Licence definition

Occupancy Licence means the agreement annexed hereto as Schedule "H" which sets out the terms and conditions of occupation of the Property during the Interim Occupancy Period;

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Utility easement means a right held by a facility operator to install, maintain, and access an underground facility or pipeline.
