Occupational Health and Safety legislation definition

Occupational Health and Safety legislation means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic) and the Regulations to that Act and any other applicable occupational health and safety legislation, including, but not limited to, the Rail Safety Act 2006.
Occupational Health and Safety legislation means Part II of the Canada Labour Code and all other health and safety legislation of any jurisdiction which applies to the Business.
Occupational Health and Safety legislation means the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 and regulations under that Act;

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993);

  • UK Data Protection Legislation means all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the UK GDPR; the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended.
