ODF Site definition

ODF Site a BT operational building housing a main distribution frame which is a point in a BT telephone exchange building where optical fibre cables from outside can be connected to the exchange equipment;
ODF Site means the site of an operational building of the Dominant Provider that houses an optical distribution frame;
