  • The Contract shall be deemed to be completed upon issuance of such Certificate, provided that the provisions of the Contract which remain unperformed and the Settlement of Disputes provision in the Contract shall remain in force for as long as is necessary to dispose of any outstanding matters or issues between the Parties.
