Offshore Collateral Documents definition

Offshore Collateral Documents means the Offshore Security Agreements and mortgages (as defined in the Credit Agreement) securing real property outside of the United States of America.

Debt Obligations; (ii) claims of persons for exposure to asbestos-containing products and expenses related thereto; (iii) consolidated tax liabilities of OI Inc. and its Subsidiaries; and (iv) general administrative costs and other on-going expenses of OI Inc. in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practices. "OI INC. SENIOR NOTES" means the Indebtedness of OI Inc. outstanding as of any date pursuant to its $300.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.85% Senior Notes due 2004, $350.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.15% Senior Notes due 2005, $300.0 million aggregate principal amount of 8.10% Senior Notes due 2007, $250.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.35% Senior Notes due 2008, $250.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.50% Senior Debentures due 2010, and $250.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.80% Senior Debentures due 2018.

More Definitions of Offshore Collateral Documents

Offshore Collateral Documents means the Offshore Security Agreements and the Mortgages securing real property located outside of the United States of America. "OFFSHORE CURRENCY" means Sterling, ADollars or Euros.
Offshore Collateral Documents means the Offshore Security Agreements and the Mortgages delivered by Offshore Borrower or any Offshore Guarantor securing real property located outside of the United States of America.
Offshore Collateral Documents means the security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages, deeds and other agreement delivered by an Offshore Obligor to the Administrative Agent that creates or purports to create a first priority Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties to secure the Offshore Obligations in substantially all the assets of such Offshore Obligor, whether delivered from time to time pursuant to Section 3.02, 3.03 or 5.01(j) or otherwise.
Offshore Collateral Documents means all instruments and documents delivered by MSL Overseas or any of Company's other Foreign Subsidiaries pursuant to this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents in order to grant to Collateral Agent, on behalf of Lenders, a Lien on any real, personal or mixed property of that Loan Party as security for the Obligations of MSL Overseas and Company's other Foreign Subsidiaries.

  • Foreign Collateral Documents means each agreement that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties in any Foreign Collateral.
