O&M Activities definition

O&M Activities means all activities and undertakings performed by or on behalf of Opco after the Commissioning Date that are required to operate, maintain and sustain the LIL in accordance with Good Utility Practice, including administration and the replacement or overhaul of major components which do not extend the Service Life and, for greater certainty, includes Sustaining Activities;
O&M Activities means the performance of work or the provision of services and the supply of equipment, materials, facilities and other resources required in respect of the Transmission Assets after the completion of Commissioning thereof, including the incurring of Operating and Maintenance Costs;
O&M Activities means all things and tasks which TQ Operations is, or may be, required to do in discharging its operation, maintenance or repair obligations under this deed, or its other obligations under this deed arising out of or in respect of or in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of the Tollroad and the maintenance or repair of the Maintained Non- Tollroad Works.

Related to O&M Activities

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.
