On Site Open Space means such areas of land as are to be provided as public open space on the Site as part of the Development including the LAP Children’s Play Area and items of natural play equipment (and for the avoidance of doubt shall include a sustainable drainage systems (SuDS)) as approved pursuant to the Second Schedule paragraph 2
