Operable Dock definition

Operable Dock means a Dock that can both rent and receive bicycles from all Program users and is not physically obstructed in a manner that would prevent such use.

  • Operator’s objective is to minimize instances, and minimize the duration of those instances, in a cost effective manner, when the demand for an empty Operable Dock or an available Bicycle at a Station is not met by the available supply at that Station.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
