The normal length of each shift on the Continuous Operation schedule will be twelve (12) hours.
The Continuous Operation schedule shall not be construed as a guarantee of any minimum of hours of work per day, work per week or of days of work per week.
Employees scheduled on the twelve (12) hour shifts on the Continuous Operation schedule will have lunch and rest periods as per the Collective Agreement.
