Operational Entity definition

Operational Entity. Means an independent entity accredited by the Executive Board being the executive body for CDM and inter alias responsible for determining whether a project and the resulting Emission Reductions meet the
Operational Entity. LifeVantage Corporation is the business unit that will be utilizing the Licensed Software.
