Operations Data definition

Operations Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.

Operations Data means data pertaining to, or used in, the operations, use and testing of the Services including data arising from ResGuard’s customers’ use of the Services, aggregated data on third party components, aggregated and/or anonymized data as described in Section 3.4, and other data and information that informs the Services.

Examples of Operations Data in a sentence

  • As between the Parties: (a) Customer owns all right, title and interest in and to Customer’s Environment and Customer Data, including in each case all associated Intellectual Property Rights, and (b) ResGuard owns all right, title and interest in and to the Services, Documentation, ReGuard Operations Data, and Feedback, including in each case all associated Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Access means disclosure by the provision of access;

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
