Operations Requirements definition

Operations Requirements means the requirements for the management, operation and maintenance of the Facility as set out in this Agreement and as otherwise specified from time to time by HRM and includes HRM policies applicable to the use of the Facility (which by way of example only, includes policies in respect of tobacco and alcohol use on municipal properties or the closure of municipal venues, by the Chief Administrative Officer, due to inclement weather), as these policies may be adopted and amended from time to time;
Operations Requirements means the requirements for the management, operation and maintenance of the Facility as set out in this Agreement and as otherwise specified from time to time by East Hants;
Operations Requirements means the relevant specifications, standards, procedures and other requirements for the operation of the System as set out in Schedule 15-4 – Output Specifications – Operations Requirements.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Services Requirements means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Body (as appropriate) for the Services from time to time;

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • JSE Listings Requirements means the Listings Requirements of the JSE applicable from time to time;

  • Performance Requirements The ordering entity reserves the right to inspect and verify that all deliveries are in accordance with specifications, both at the point of delivery and at the point of use. For orders that specify an “authorized party” to receive and inspect deliveries and/or installations, acceptance and inspection procedures must be performed by the” authorized party” to be considered and accepted by the ordering entity. Products inspected at the time of use are subject to refusal and return requirements for issues of quality such as defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.   • Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Service Requirements means the specification that the Flexibility Services must be capable of meeting, as defined in Schedule 1;

  • Debt Service Requirements means the aggregate principal payments (whether at maturity or pursuant to scheduled mandatory sinking fund redemption requirements) and interest payments on the Bonds for the period of time for which calculated; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating such amount, principal and interest shall be excluded from the determination of Debt Service Requirements to the extent that such principal or interest is payable from amounts deposited in trust, escrowed or otherwise set aside for the payment thereof with the Paying Agent or other commercial bank or trust company located in the State and having full trust powers.

  • Requirements means and include schedules, details, description, statement of technical data, performance characteristics, standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and specified in the Contract.
