Operator Indemnitees definition

• City shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator Indemnitees from and against all Claims arising out of, relating to, or resulting from acts or omissions by City or Persons Connected with City arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the City's obligations with respect to Management, Use or Operation of the DPAC or the DPAC Plaza.

• Operator Indemnitees" are defined as Operator, its members, directors, officers, employees, agents, Volunteers, and independent contractors, but excluding City.

More Definitions of Operator Indemnitees

Operator Indemnitees means the Operator, its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, servants, and other representatives of each of them.

Operator Indemnitees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.2 hereof. Operator Personnel shall mean all employees of POPI involved in the performance of the Work or, in the event that during the term of this Agreement POPI ceases to provide Personnel for performance of the Work, then such personnel who perform the functions that were previously performed by the employees of POPI. Overhead Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2 hereof. Owner shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
