Operator Property definition

Operator Property has the meaning given such term in Section 10.3.
Operator Property means, subject to clause 12, all movable infrastructure, equipment, supplies, tools and any other things required for the conduct of Operations which have been purchased by the Operator using funds made available under the Operator DFA pursuant to a CAPEX Plan approved in accordance with clause 8.2;
Operator Property has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 1(b) of Schedule 8 (Indemnities);

More Definitions of Operator Property

Operator Property means any of the Property that is owned by the Operator/Manager of the Facility (as identified on Schedule 1 attached to this Agreement) if other than the Seller of that Facility.
Operator Property means the plants, buildings and other improvements, ----------------- land and other real property interests, fixtures, equipment, inventory, finished product, vehicles and other tangible personal property interests owned or leased by the Operator that are now or in the future located within the Complexes.
