More Definitions of Capex Plan

Capex Plan means a CapEx plan as provided for in Annex I, point 1.1.2.2, point (b), and

Capex Plan means each Capital Expenditures Plan detailing the projected capital expenditures of the Borrower for the twelve month period covered thereby the first of which is to be submitted on the Closing Date with similar plans for each succeeding twelve month period to be submitted in accordance with Section 8.01(l).
