Option Cancellation definition

Option Cancellation has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.
Option Cancellation means the cancellation and payment of the Options pursuant to the terms of Section 1.6(d) hereof.
Option Cancellation means the cancellation and payment of the Options immediately prior to the Closing pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 2.4 hereof.

More Definitions of Option Cancellation

Option Cancellation shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Option Cancellation means the payment by the Borrower of the cancellation price (which shall be acceptable to the Agents) of certain management options issued by AMTROL that are cancelled in connection with the Merger.
