Option Completion definition

Option Completion means the completion of the sale and purchase of the Option Shares pursuant to an exercise of the Put Option;

Option Completion means completion of the sale and purchase of Option Shares pursuant to the exercise of a Put Option or Call Option;

Option Completion means, in respect of any Option, the completion of such Option determined in accordance with the relevant Clause governing that Option under this Agreement;

Examples of Option Completion in a sentence
