Order of Preliminary Approval definition

Order of Preliminary Approval means the order to be entered by the Court preliminarily approving the Settlement Agreement.
Order of Preliminary Approval means the order certifying the Class for settlement purposes only, preliminarily approving the Settlement, and authorizing notice thereof and related matters set forth as Exhibit A hereto.
Order of Preliminary Approval means and refer to the order to be entered by the Court pursuant to Section 7.1.

More Definitions of Order of Preliminary Approval

Order of Preliminary Approval means the Order of Preliminary Approval Pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure attached hereto as Exhibit C;
