Ordinary Time Rate definition

Ordinary Time Rate means the relevant rate which will be the ordinary time rate on which to base superannuation payments.
Ordinary Time Rate means the classification rate of pay prescribed in this Award for the employee, divided by 38.
Ordinary Time Rate means all rates of pay referred to in Clause 5. – Wages of this Award, as varied from time to time.

Examples of Ordinary Time Rate in a sentence

  • The Shift Allowances set out in (a) and (b) above are paid in addition to the Employee's applicable Ordinary Time Rate of Pay.

  • If you have accrued annual leave at a higher ordinary time rate whilst on a fixed term / task contract than your Ordinary Time Rate applying immediately prior to entering into the fixed term / task contract, then at the conclusion of the fixed term / task contract you will be paid out the difference between the value of the annual leave accrued whilst on the contract and the value of the annual leave that you would have accrued during that same period if you had not accepted the fixed term / task contract.

  • Ordinary Time Rate shall mean The base rates of pay per hour as specified in clause 9.5 herein and reviewed each year in accordance with 37.2. Ordinary Time Hours shall mean 37.5 hours per week at the Ordinary Time Rate.

  • The Ordinary Hours of a Full Time Employee on Day Work shall be paid at the applicable Ordinary Time Rate of Pay for the Employee's classification.

  • You will be paid t he applicable Ordinary Time Rate of Pay for your Salary Point and Step plus t he casual loading for ordinary hours worked.


More Definitions of Ordinary Time Rate

Ordinary Time Rate means an employee’s standard (hourly) rate of pay;
Ordinary Time Rate means the relevant rate which will be the ordinary time rate Monday to Sunday up to thirty-eight (38) hours and on which to base superannuation payments.
