Ordinary Time Rate definition

Ordinary Time Rate means the relevant rate which will be the ordinary time rate on which to base superannuation payments.
Ordinary Time Rate means the classification rate of pay prescribed in this Award for the employee, divided by 38.
Ordinary Time Rate means the Employee’s base hourly rate of pay as set out in Appendix A of this Agreement.

Examples of Ordinary Time Rate in a sentence

  • The Shift Allowances set out in (a) and (b) above are paid in addition to the Employee's applicable Ordinary Time Rate of Pay.

  • An Employee will be paid for any pre-employment competency testing (Test Time only) as determined by the Company at the base Ordinary Time Rate (less allowances) together with the daily travel allowance as set out below, provided that this allowance will not apply if transport is provided by the Company.

  • If your Salary Point and Step is SP7 Step 2 or above, we will make a one- off payment to you of 1% of your annual remunerat ion, calculated using your Ordinary Time Rate of Pay.

  • The Ordinary Hours of a Full Time Employee on Day Work shall be paid at the applicable Ordinary Time Rate of Pay for the Employee's classification.

More Definitions of Ordinary Time Rate

Ordinary Time Rate means all rates of pay referred to in Clause 5. – Wages of this Award, as varied from time to time.
Ordinary Time Rate means an employee’s standard (hourly) rate of pay;
