All Inclusive Hourly Rate definition

All Inclusive Hourly Rate means the recognition of and compensation for the following relevant Award provisions, such as:- • ordinary rate of payovertime penalties (hours in excess of 38 hours per week) • weekend penalties (working a Saturday or a Sunday) • public holiday penalties (all public holidays that are not designated public holidays) • Annual Leave Loading (17.5%) • meal allowancesmiscellaneous allowances (as stated in sub-clause 2.14.1(f)); and • any other penalty rates as prescribed that would normally be incurred over a twelve (12) month period. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions.
All Inclusive Hourly Rate means the hourly rate provided to the Employee in recognition and compensation for the following provisions: • ordinary rate of payovertime penalties (for hours worked in excess of 38 hours per week or 7.6 hours per day) • weekend penalties (Saturdays and Sundays) • meal allowancespublic holidays as gazetted • any allowances (excluding annual leave loading, as defined in any relevant Award identified as a Protected matter) • any other penalty rates as prescribed that would normally be incurred over a twelve (12) month period. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions.
All Inclusive Hourly Rate means the recognition of and compensation for the following relevant Award provisions, such as:- • ordinary rate of payovertime penalties (hours in excess of 38 hours per week) • weekend penalties (working a Saturday or a Sunday) • public holiday penalties (all public holidays that are gazetted) • meal allowancesmiscellaneous allowances (as defined in the Cold Storage and Ice Making Award as stated in 2.12.1(f)); • shift work (12.5% for afternoon shift or 15% for night shift) and • any other penalty rates as prescribed that would normally be incurred over a twelve (12) month period. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions.

Examples of All Inclusive Hourly Rate in a sentence

  • If an additional title(s) of personnel is required for the Project, the Commissioner shall establish the following: (1) additional required title(s), (2) minimum requirements per title, and (3) All Inclusive Hourly Rate per title.

  • Such Staffing Plan must specify the specific individuals for the performance of services and an All Inclusive Hourly Rate for each specified individual.

  • As part of such review, the Commissioner shall determine: (1) whether each proposed individual meets the minimum requirements for the applicable title, and (2) whether the All Inclusive Hourly Rate for each proposed individual is in accordance with the rate for the title for which the individual meets the minimum requirements.

  • The proposer shall submit a Proposed All Inclusive Hourly Rate for each title listed below.

  • The All Inclusive Hourly Rate for the additional required title shall be calculated in accordance with the formula set forth in Article 7.

  • If an additional title(s) of personnel is required for a specific Project, the Commissioner shall establish the following: (1) additional required title(s), (2) minimum requirements per title, and (3) All Inclusive Hourly Rate per title.

  • An All Inclusive Hourly Rate for each Assigned Employee is set forth in the Staffing Plan.

  • Such Staffing Requirements specify the titles of personnel the Consultant shall be required to provide, through its own employees and/or through its Subconsultants, and the All Inclusive Hourly Rate per title.

  • Such All Inclusive Hourly Rate shall apply to all hours during which an Assigned Employee performs services for the Project, including non-regular business hours.

  • The All Inclusive Hourly Rate for the additional required title shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula: the Actual Annual Direct Salary Rate per Hour of the individual who will provide the required services, as described below, times the Multiplier for Overhead and Profit set forth in Exhibit A.


More Definitions of All Inclusive Hourly Rate

All Inclusive Hourly Rate means payment for recognition of the following relevant Award (NAPSA) provisions:- • ordinary rate of pay; • overtime penalties (Clause 2.13.1(g)); • weekend penalties (clause 2.13.1(f) & (h); • public holiday penalties (excepting casual Employees) (clause 2.13.1(d)); • annual leave loading (clause 2.13.1(f)); • meal allowances (clause 2.13.1(f)); • miscellaneous allowances (clause 2.13.1(f)); and • any other penalty rates (clause 2.13.1), as prescribed that would normally be incurred over the period of employment. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions.
All Inclusive Hourly Rate means for hourly rates, the recognition of and compensation for (payment of) any “Protected Award Condition/s” or penalty/ies or allowance/s as excluded in clause 2.14.
All Inclusive Hourly Rate means the recognition of and compensation (payment) for, the following relevant Award/s provision/s, such as:- • ordinary rate of pay; • overtime penalties (as defined in the Building Construction Industry Award clause 6.3 and the Clerical Employees Award – State 2002 clause 6.7); • weekend penalties (as defined in the Building Construction Industry Award clause 6.5 and the Clerical Employees Award – State 2002 clause 6.1 and 6.7); • annual leave loading (17.5% of annual leave payment) • public holiday penalties (all public holidays that are gazetted); • meal allowances; • miscellaneous allowances (as described in clause 2.10 of this Agreement for the Building Construction Industry Award and the Clerical Employees Award); • shift work (as defined in the Building Construction Industry Award 6.4 and the Clerical Employees Award – State 2002 clause 6.8); and • any other penalty rates as prescribed that would normally be incurred over a twelve (12) month period. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions.
All Inclusive Hourly Rate means the hourly rate provided to the Employee in recognition and compensation for the following provisions: • ordinary rate of payovertime penalties (for hours worked between 38 and 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day) • weekend penalties (Saturdays and Sundays) • meal allowances • any allowances (as defined in any relevant Award identified as a Protected matter) • any other penalty rates as prescribed that would normally be incurred over a twelve (12) month period. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions. .

Related to All Inclusive Hourly Rate

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract means a contract under which the contractor is paid a percentage of the total actual expenses or costs in addition to the contractor's actual expenses or costs.

  • hourly rate of pay means an employee's weekly rate of pay divided by thirty-five (35).

  • -Through Rate As to each Class of interest-bearing Certificates, the per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage means, as of any date of determination, the applicable percentage set forth in the following table that corresponds to the Average Revolver Usage of Borrowers for the most recently completed month as determined by Agent in its Permitted Discretion; provided, that for the period from the Closing Date through and including the last day of the third full calendar month following the Closing Date, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be set at the rate in the row styled “Level II”; provided further, that any time an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be set at the margin in the row styled “Level II”: I > 50% of the Maximum Revolver Amount 0.375 percentage points II ≤ 50% of the Maximum Revolver Amount 0.50 percentage points The Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be re-determined on the first date of each month by Agent.

  • Unused Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • LTM Fee Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.2(c).

  • Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rate means an hourly rate that includes all salary, overhead costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit.

  • Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one-fourth of 1.50% of the Company’s Equity.

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and

  • Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • Applicable Fee Percentage means, as of any date of determination thereof, the applicable percentage used to calculate certain of the fees due and payable hereunder, determined by reference to the appropriate columns in the Pricing Matrix attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1.1.

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Subrecipient Parent DUNS Number means the subrecipient parent organization’s 9-digit Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number that appears in the subrecipient’s System for Award Management (SAM) profile, if applicable.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Final Average Compensation means the aggregate amount of a member's compensation earned within the averaging period in which the aggregate amount of compensation was highest divided by the member's number of years, including any fraction of a year, of credited service during the averaging period. The averaging period shall be 36 consecutive calendar months if the member contributes to the member investment plan except for a member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010; otherwise, the averaging period shall be 60 consecutive calendar months. A member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010 shall also have an averaging period of 60 consecutive calendar months. If the member has less than 1 year of credited service in the averaging period, the number of consecutive calendar months in the averaging period shall be increased to the lowest number of consecutive calendar months that contains 1 year of credited service.

  • Highest Average Compensation means the average Compensation for the three (3) consecutive years of Service with the Employer that produces the highest average. A Year of Service with the Employer is the twelve (12) consecutive month period identical to the Plan Year.

  • Trip Cost means the dollar amount of Trip payments or deposits paid by the Insured prior the Insured’s Trip Departure Date and shown on any required application which is subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions. Trip cost will also include the cost of any subsequent pre-paid payments or deposits paid by the Insured for the same Trip, after application for coverage under this plan provided the Insured amends the Application to add such subsequent payments or deposits and pays any required additional plan cost prior to the Insured’s Departure Date.

  • Weeks pay means the ordinary weekly rate of wage for the employee concerned.

  • Applicable Unused Line Fee Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable in respect of Borrowers’ non-use of committed funds pursuant to Section 1.9(b), which fee is determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Facility Fee Percentage means, as of any date, the percentage set forth in the column headed “Facility Fee Percentage” in Section 2.3 that is in effect on such date.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Percentage means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable in the determination of the amount payable under Section 2.15(C)(i) hereof determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.
