All Inclusive Hourly Rate definition

All Inclusive Hourly Rate means the recognition of and compensation for the following relevant Award provisions, such as:- • ordinary rate of payovertime penalties (hours in excess of 38 hours per week) • weekend penalties (working a Saturday or a Sunday) • public holiday penalties (all public holidays that are not designated public holidays) • Annual Leave Loading (17.5%) • meal allowancesmiscellaneous allowances (as stated in sub-clause 2.14.1(f)); and • any other penalty rates as prescribed that would normally be incurred over a twelve (12) month period. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions.
All Inclusive Hourly Rate means the hourly rate provided to the Employee in recognition and compensation for the following provisions: • ordinary rate of payovertime penalties (for hours worked between 38 and 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day) • weekend penalties (Saturdays and Sundays) • meal allowances • any allowances (as defined in any relevant Award identified as a Protected matter) • any other penalty rates as prescribed that would normally be incurred over a twelve (12) month period. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions. .

  • Such employees shall be entitled to four (4) weeks annual leave (meaning twenty (20) working days or five (5) roster periods of a four (4) on two (2) off roster) paid at the All Inclusive Hourly rate as contained in this Agreement at the employees standard grade and level classification.

  • By mutual agreement between the Employee and the Employer, Employees may work up to twelve (12) consecutive days, on the condition that the consecutive days fit within the roster cycle and such days worked shall be Employee Requested Additional Days and paid at the relevant normal All Inclusive Hourly rate.

  • The All Inclusive Hourly rate for a Casual Employee shall in accordance with Clause 3.3.2. The Employer will provide to each Employee a quarterly summary of hours worked to enable monitoring of guaranteed annual hours.

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Unused Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one point five percent (1.50%) per annum (0.375% per quarter) of the Company’s Stockholders’ Equity.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Final Average Compensation means the aggregate amount of a member's compensation earned within the averaging period in which the aggregate amount of compensation was highest divided by the member's number of years, including any fraction of a year, of credited service during the averaging period. The averaging period shall be 36 consecutive calendar months if the member contributes to the member investment plan except for a member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010; otherwise, the averaging period shall be 60 consecutive calendar months. A member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010 shall also have an averaging period of 60 consecutive calendar months. If the member has less than 1 year of credited service in the averaging period, the number of consecutive calendar months in the averaging period shall be increased to the lowest number of consecutive calendar months that contains 1 year of credited service.
