Original Data Provider definition

Original Data Provider means a party that owns, collects, or provides Covered Data to a party under this Agreement.
Original Data Provider or “ODP” means the owner and originating source for each ODP Data set as provided in Schedule A.
Original Data Provider means a party that owns, collects, or provides Covered Data to a party under this Agreement. Unless otherwise set forth herein or if referring to a third party not the Municipality, the Original Data Provider under this Agreement shall be the Municipality.
