Original Parcel definition

Original Parcel means an Assessor’s Parcel in CFD No. 1 at the time of CFD Formation, as identified in Attachment 1. A Successor Parcel that is being further subdivided shall also be considered an Original Parcel for purposes of determining the Maximum Special Taxes pursuant to Section C.
Original Parcel means an Assessor’s Parcel identified and assigned a Maximum Special Tax in Table 1 of Section C.1 below.
Original Parcel means a Parcel identified in Attachment 2 at formation of the CFD.

Examples of Original Parcel in a sentence

  • If, after subdivision of an Original Parcel, a Successor Parcel is further subdivided, the Successor Parcel shall be treated as an Original Parcel for purposes of allocating Maximum Special Taxes pursuant to Section C.2a, C.2b, or C.2c, as appropriate.

  • Each Fiscal Year commencing in Fiscal Year 2014-2015, each Assessor’s Parcel classified as an Original Parcel shall be subject to the Special Tax.

  • Each Fiscal Year, beginning with Fiscal Year 2014-2015, each Assessor’s Parcel shall first be classified by the CFD Administrator as an Original Parcel or a Successor Parcel.

  • As of the Effective Date, Landlord anticipates that the Office Parcel will consist of approximately 1.44 acres of the Original Parcel, but Landlord shall be entitled to subdivide the Original Parcel in such a fashion that the Office Parcel is the minimum size for development of the Building thereon which the City of Los Altos is willing to permit, or alternatively if Landlord so chooses in its sole and absolute discretion the Office Parcel is any greater area of land permitted by the City of Los Altos.

  • If, after subdivision of a Large Lot, a Successor Parcel is further subdivided, the Successor Parcel shall be treated as an Original Parcel for purposes of allocating Maximum Special Taxes pursuant to Section C.3c, or C.3d, as appropriate.


More Definitions of Original Parcel

Original Parcel means an Assessor’s Parcel listed in the table of Attachment A to this Rate and Method of Apportionment.
Original Parcel means forty acres or part thereof entered of record in the office of the County Recorder as a single lot or parcel on or before (date of original Subdivision Ordinance).

Original Parcel means (i) an Assessor’s Parcel in CFD No. 2005-1 at the time of CFD Formation or added to the CFD upon annexation, as identified in Attachment 2 (which shall be updated after each annexation), (ii) a Successor Parcel that is being further subdivided for purposes of determining the Maximum Special Taxes pursuant to Section C below, or (iii) more than one Assessor’s Parcel proposed to be annexed into the CFD as part of a single annexation, the Maximum Special Taxes assigned to which will be aggregated and redistributed to land uses within such Assessor’s Parcels if such aggregation is requested by the developer processing the annexation and/or preferred at the sole discretion of the City.
