Other Commercialization Costs definition

Other Commercialization Costs means any Out-of-Pocket Costs and FTE Costs approved by the JCC and included in the Commercialization Budget and Commercialization Plan that is not otherwise included in any other Commercialization Expense category. It is understood that Other Commercialization Costs shall not include costs associated with Development activities.
Other Commercialization Costs has the meaning set forth in the Financial Exhibit.
Other Commercialization Costs means any other costs attributable or allocable to Commercialization of the Product in the United States in accordance with GAAP, to the extent not included in one of the other categories or definitions of costs under this Financial Exhibit; provided, however, that costs associated with Sales Representatives and their Detailing activities that are expressly excluded from the definition of Selling Costs shall not be included as “Other Commercialization Costs.” It is understood that Other Commercialization Costs shall not include costs associated with Development activities.

Other Commercialization Costs means any Commercial FTE Costs and Out-of-Pocket Expenses incurred with respect to the Profit Share Product that are approved by the USJCC or JSC and included in the U.S. Commercialization Plan and the U.S. Commercialization Budget, but that are not otherwise included in any other Allowable Expense category.

Related to Other Commercialization Costs

  • Commercialization Costs means the sum of the following costs and expenses incurred by the Parties or their respective Affiliates, in Commercializing the Shared Products (and related Manufacturing activities) in the Territory, in each case, to the extent incurred in accordance with the Commercialization Plan and Commercialization Budget:

  • Development Activities means those activities which have been approved for the Project as set out in the approved Plans and Specifications and, generally, activities that are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes and include the acquisition of property;

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Manufacturing Costs means the costs of Processing that generate Manufacturing Proceeds received by Grantor.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.
