Other Recovery Arrangements means any clawback, recoupment, forfeiture or similar policies or provisions of the Company or its affiliates, including any such policies or provisions of such effect contained in any employment agreement, bonus plan, incentive plan, equity-based plan or award agreement thereunder or similar plan, program or agreement of the Company or an affiliate or required under applicable law (including, without limitation, the Compensation Policy).
Other Recovery Arrangements means, other than the compensation recovery provided for under this Policy, any other clawback, recoupment, forfeiture, or similar policies or provisions of Sana or its affiliates, including any such policies or provisions of such effect contained in any employment agreement, bonus plan, incentive plan, equity-based plan or award agreement thereunder or similar plan, program, or agreement of Sana or an affiliate or required under applicable law.p.
Other Recovery Arrangements means all remedies or rights of recoupment that may be available to the Company or its affiliates under applicable law, regulation or rule, or pursuant to the terms of any policy of the Company or its affiliates, any provision in any employment agreement, equity award agreement or compensatory plan, agreement or other arrangement or required under applicable law.

Except as otherwise determined by the Committee or the Board, the adoption of this Policy does not limit, and is intended to apply in addition to, any Other Recovery Arrangements.
