Outside Executive Position definition

Outside Executive Position means the position of director, officer, trustee or other equivalent executive position held by any of the Insured Person in an Outside Entity if service in such position is at the specific request of the Insured Organization.
Outside Executive Position means the position of director, officer, trustee or other equivalent executive position held by any of the Directors and Officers in an Outside Entity if service in such position is at the specific request of the Company.
Outside Executive Position means the position of director, officer, trustee or other equivalent executive position held by any of the Insured Persons in anOutside Entity if service in such position is with the knowledge and consent of the Insured Organization.

  • The Underwriters shall pay on behalf of the Insured Persons all Loss resulting from any Claim first made against the Insured Persons and reported in writing to the Underwriters during the Policy Period or Optional Reporting Period, if applicable, for a Wrongful Act committed while serving in an Outside Executive Position.

Related to Outside Executive Position

  • Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
