Outstanding Capital Contribution definition

Outstanding Capital Contribution means the excess of (i) the aggregate amount of a Member’s Capital Contributions pursuant to Article III, over (ii) the aggregate amount previously distributed to such Member pursuant to Section 6.6(e).
