Outstanding Capital Contribution means the excess of (i) the aggregate amount of a Member’s Capital Contributions pursuant to Article III, over (ii) the aggregate amount previously distributed to such Member pursuant to Section 6.6(e). 1.85

Outstanding Capital Contribution means, in respect of any Member, an amount equal to its Capital Contribution less the sum of any repayments of Capital Contributions by JV LLP to that Member;
