Overrun Charge definition

Overrun Charge means a charge payable by a Storage User for having a Working Gas Balance below zero (0) or exceeding its Maximum Working Gas Volume. The amounts of such Overrun Charges are set out in GT&C Appendix III.
Overrun Charge means an Entry Capacity Overrun Charge or Exit Capacity Overrun Charge or Sub-Sea I/C Offtake Capacity Overrun Charge or Supply Point Capacity Overrun Charge (as the case may be);
Overrun Charge has the meaning given in clause 11.1(a).

Examples of Overrun Charge in a sentence

  • In addition to any charge payable under clause 11.1, if the Shipper does not comply, or procure compliance, with an Unavailability Notice in accordance with clause 11.4, the Shipper must pay, in accordance with clause 20, an Unavailable Overrun Charge at the Unavailable Overrun Rate for each GJ of Gas taken by the Shipper in excess of the quantity of Overrun Gas specified in the Unavailability Notice as being available to the Shipper.

  • If, on any Day, Shipper fails to transport or cause to be transported the Scheduled Daily Quantity away from the Delivery Point, Transporter shall assess the Shipper the Unauthorized Overrun Charge for such quantities.

  • Shipper is not liable to pay the Unauthorised Overrun Charge in respect of a Day to the extent that, without the prior written approval of Shipper, Service Provider (other than in the exercise of its rights under this Agreement) solely causes the delivery of Overrun Quantities on that Day.

  • Shipper must pay to Service Provider each Month during the Term the Unauthorised Overrun Charge in respect of all Overrun Quantities delivered in that Month.

  • The Shipper's liability to the Operator for any Direct Damage suffered by the Operator which is caused by or arises out of the Shipper's failure to comply with an Unavailability Notice is reduced by any Unavailable Overrun Charge paid by the Shipper under clause11.6 in respect of that failure.

Overrun Charge means a charge for an Overrun Service calculated in accordance with:
Overrun Charge means a charge to be incurred by the wholesale supplier, bulk customer or distribution company in respect of the utilization of capacity at a specific entry or exit point in excess of its allocation for a specific period;
