Examples of Own Name Client in a sentence

  • The CSDP will sign This BEE Contract as CSDP to the extent that the party defined as “You” is an Own Name Client.

  • This is so in order to avoid the necessity of signing a new Contract every time that You become the Beneficial Owner of MTNZF Shares or MTNZF Shares are registered in Your name as an Own Name Client pursuant to the MTNZF Independent Trading Process.

  • You undertake in favour of MTNZF and MTN that, while Your MTNZF Shares are Beneficially Owned by You or registered in Your name as an Own Name Client, you will be and remain an Eligible Shareholder.

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

An ongoing relationship is deemed to exist between such pharmaceutical wholesaler and a manufacturer, as defined in Section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, when the pharmaceutical wholesaler has a written agreement currently in effect with the manufacturer evidencing such ongoing relationship, and the pharmaceutical wholesaler is listed on the manufacturer's current list of authorized distributors of record.

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • Enterprise identifier means a code that is uniquely assigned to an enterprise by an issuing agency.

  • Username means an alphanumeric login identification used by the Client for accessing the Service.

  • Pharmacist intern or “intern” means a person enrolled in a college of pharmacy or actively pursuing a pharmacy degree, or as otherwise provided by the board, who is registered with the board for the purpose of obtaining instruction in the practice of pharmacy from a preceptor pursuant to Iowa Code section 155A.6. “Pharmacist-intern” includes a graduate of an approved college of pharmacy, or a foreign graduate who has established educational equivalency pursuant to the requirements of rule 657—4.7(155A), who is registered with the board for the purpose of obtaining practical experience as a requirement for licensure as a pharmacist in Iowa. “Pharmacist-intern” may include an individual participating in a residency or fellowship program in Iowa, whether or not the individual is licensed as a pharmacist in another state.

  • Institutional Client means a major commercial bank, corporation, insurance company, or substantially similar institution, which, as a substantial part of its business operations, purchases or sells securities and makes use of custodial services.
