PAGA Settlement Amount definition

PAGA Settlement Amount means the amount that the Parties have agreed to pay to
PAGA Settlement Amount means the portion of the Gross Settlement Amount that is allocated to resolve the Released PAGA Claims.   • The Class Representative Payments, Service Payment, Attorneys’ Fees, Litigation Costs, Settlement Administration Costs, PAGA Settlement Amount, and Individual Class Payments will be paid after the Court enters a Final Approval Order and the Judgment, all time for Settlement Class Members to appeal or challenge the Final Approval Order and the Judgment has lapsed, and the Final Approval Order and the Judgment remain enforceable ( i.e., the “Effective Date”).

More Definitions of PAGA Settlement Amount
