PAGA Settlement Amount definition

PAGA Settlement Amount means the amount that the Parties have agreed to pay to
PAGA Settlement Amount means the total amount to be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount, allocated 25% to the Aggrieved Employees ($1,250.00) and the 75% to the LWDA ($3,750.00) in settlement of PAGA claims.

More Definitions of PAGA Settlement Amount

PAGA Settlement Amount means Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000), which is the portion of the Gross Settlement Amount that the Parties have agreed will be allocated to resolve all claims and remedies under PAGA.
