PAGA Settlement Amount definition

PAGA Settlement Amount means the amount that the Parties have agreed to pay to

PAGA Settlement Amount means the portion of the Gross Settlement Amount that is allocated to resolve the Released PAGA Claims. • The Court will also be asked to approve the requests for the Class Representative Payments, the Service Payment, the Attorneys’ Fees, the Litigation Costs, the PAGA Settlement Amount, and the Settlement Administration Costs.

More Definitions of PAGA Settlement Amount
