Parent Indentures means each of:
Parent Indentures means, collectively, (i) the Indenture, dated May 31, 2016, by and among Albertsons Companies, LLC, New Xxxxxxxxx’x, Inc., Safeway Inc. and Albertson’s LLC (collectively, the “Parent Issuers”), certain subsidiaries of the Parent Issuers, as guarantors, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee with respect to the 6.625% Senior Notes due June 2024, as amended and supplemented, (ii) the Indenture, dated August 9, 2016, by and among the Parent Issuers, certain subsidiaries of the Parent Issuers, as guarantors, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, with respect to the 5.750% Senior Notes due September 2025, as amended and supplemented, (iii) Indenture, dated September 10, 1997 between Safeway Inc., and the Bank of New York, as trustee, as amended and supplemented, with respect to the 5.00% Senior Notes due August 2019, the 3.95% Senior Notes due August 2020, the 4.75% Senior Notes due December 2021, the 7.45% Senior Debentures due September 2027, and the 7.25% Senior Debentures due February 2031, and (iv) Indenture, Dated May 1, 1992, between New Xxxxxxxxx’x, Inc. (as successor to Albertson’s, Inc.) and U.S. Bank Trust National Association (as successor to Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York), as trustee, as amended and supplemented, with respect to the 6.47% to 7.15% Medium-Term Notes due February 2018 to June 2028, the 7.75% Debentures due June 2026, the 7.45% Senior Debentures due August 2029, the 8.70% Senior Debentures due May 2030, and the 8.00% Senior Debentures due May 2031;
Parent Indentures collectively, the Indentures dated as of February 11, 2002, February 2, 2001, June 30, 1999 and April 1, 1998, respectively, between Parent and The Bank of New York, as trustee, in each case as amended as permitted by this Agreement.

Examples of Parent Indentures in a sentence

  • The Parent has the requisite corporate power under the laws of the State of Delaware to execute, deliver and perform its obligations under the Parent Indentures and to issue the Parent Debt Securities.

  • CHS has the requisite corporate power to guarantee the Parent Debt Securities pursuant to the terms of the Parent Indentures and to perform its obligations under the Parent Debt Securities Guarantees.

Parent Indentures means, collectively, the (a) Indenture for 63⁄8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2021, dated as of February 17, 2011, by and among Parent, certain of its Subsidiaries, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, (b) Indenture for 45⁄8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2023, dated as of February 5, 2013, by and among Parent, certain of its Subsidiaries, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, (c) Indenture for 51⁄2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2022, dated as of April 30, 2014, by and among Parent, certain of its Subsidiaries, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, (d) Indenture for 9% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2021, dated as of May 10, 2016, by and among Parent, certain of its Subsidiaries, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee and Collateral Trustee, (e) Indenture for 91⁄4% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2022, dated as of December 6, 2017, by and among Parent, certain of its Subsidiaries, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee and Collateral Trustee, and (f) Indenture for 71⁄2% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2024, dated as of August 21, 2018, among Parent, certain of its Subsidiaries, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee and Collateral Trustee, in each case as such indenture may be supplemented. 112
Parent Indentures means the collective reference to the New Parent Indenture and the Old Parent Indenture.
Parent Indentures means, collectively, the Indenture dated as of September 19, 2005 and the Indenture dated as of May 30, 2006 governing certain notes issued by Midway Games Inc.
Parent Indentures collectively, (a) the Indentures dated as of December 5, 2003, April 16, 2003, February 11, 2002 and June 30, 1999, respectively, between Parent and The Bank of New York, as trustee, in each case as amended or supplemented through the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date and thereafter as permitted by this Agreement, and (b) any loan agreement, indenture, note purchase agreement or other instrument or agreement relating to any Indebtedness that is meant to refinance any Indebtedness incurred under any Parent Indenture, in each case as amended as permitted by this Agreement.
