Parent Permit definition

Parent Permit means all authorizations, licenses, permits, certificates, approvals and clearances of any Governmental Authority necessary for Parent, Merger Sub and each Parent Subsidiary to own, lease and operate its properties or to carry on its respective businesses substantially as it is being conducted as of the date hereof.

Examples of Parent Permit in a sentence

  • Each such Parent Permit is in full force and effect and, to the knowledge of the Parent, no suspension or cancellation of such Parent Permit is threatened and there is no basis for believing that such Parent Permit will not be renewable upon expiration.

  • Applicable Permit means the Kansas Water Pollution Control and National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Stormwater Runoff from Construction Activities General Permit or a project specific stormwater permit issued to KDOT.

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.
