Parent Registered Intellectual Property definition

Parent Registered Intellectual Property means all material issued Patents, registered trademarks and service marks, registered copyrights, and applications for any of the foregoing, in each case issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Entity and constituting Parent Owned Intellectual Property.
Parent Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, Parent or any of its subsidiaries.
Parent Registered Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a)(ii) hereto.
