Parent Units definition

Parent Units means equity securities of Parent each consisting of one share of Parent Class A Stock and one-third of one Public Warrant.
Parent Units means the units of Parent, each unit consisting of one share of Parent Common Stock and one-half of one Parent Warrant.
Parent Units means the Common Units representing common units of Parent having the rights and obligations specified with respect to “Common Units” as set forth in the Parent Agreement.
