Parent Units definition

Parent Units means equity securities of Parent each consisting of one share of Parent Class A Stock and one-third of one Public Warrant.

Parent Units means units of Parent consisting of one (1) share of Parent Class A Common Stock and one-third (1/3) of one (1) Public Warrant.

Parent Units means the Common Units representing common units of Parent having the rights and obligations specified with respect to “Common Units” as set forth in the Parent Agreement.

• To the maximum extent possible, the Cash Consideration and any cash received in lieu of fractional Parent Units shall be treated as a reimbursement of preformation capital expenditures described in Treasury Regulation Section 1.707-4(d).
