Parent Units definition

Parent Units means equity securities of Parent each consisting of one share of Parent Class A Stock and one-third of one Public Warrant.
Parent Units means units of Parent consisting of one (1) share of Parent Class A Common Stock and one-third (1/3) of one (1) Public Warrant.
Parent Units means the Common Units representing common units of Parent having the rights and obligations specified with respect to “Common Units” as set forth in the Parent Agreement.

  • If withholding is taken in Parent Units, Parent and the Exchange Agent shall be treated as having sold such consideration for an amount of cash equal to the fair market value of such consideration at the time of such deemed sale and paid such cash proceeds to the appropriate Tax authority.
