Parking Revenues means both the Net Off-Street Revenues and the Gross On-Street Revenues.

Parking Revenues means all parking revenues collected pursuant to Ordinance No. 26546 with respect to the Parking Garage Enterprise Fund. Parking Revenues include, but are not limited to, revenues of the City’s existing Parking System (including the A Street Garage, the Convention Center on-site parking, the North Plaza garage, the South Plaza garage, the Glass Museum parking garage, the I-705 lot and other City-managed parking spaces but excluding the Tacoma Dome and Cheney Stadium parking lots); revenues of on-street meters or pay stations, if approved by the City Council, and advertising walls; and revenues from parking violation fines.

• Nothing in this Agreement, including Section 2.1, shall be deemed to waive or modify any Authorization required to be obtained by the Concessionaire or any other Person in connection with the Metered Parking System, the Metered Parking System Operations or any activities generating Metered Parking Revenues.

• The statement shall show the portion of the On-Street Parking Revenues derived from citation collections along with total expenditures incurred for citations issued and collected.

Parking Revenues means all parking revenues collected pursuant to Ordinance No. 26546 with respect to the Parking Garage Enterprise Fund.

Parking Revenues or “Parking Revenue” means all revenue collected by 223 Manager in its capacity as Manager of the Parking Facility.

Parking Revenues means all moneys received or to be received by the Issuer or the Trustee from the Parking System (exclusive of generally applicable taxes or fees), including all “Parking Revenue” as defined in the Lease Agreement, amounts received from the operation of the Parking System and the application of the Enforcement Policies and Procedures (as defined in the Lease Agreement), from the sale or other transfer of any portion of the Parking System or as Net Proceeds.

Parking Revenues means gross revenues, including without limitation, from parking fees, income, receipts, fees, proceeds and other forms of consideration or sums of any description, received or earned or derived by Operator from its management, maintenance and operations at the Garage whether directly or through any of its subtenants, sub-operators, occupants, concessionaires, licensees or vending, token or coin machine operators. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parking Revenues shall not include any transaction fee arising from third party aggregators.

Parking Revenues means all monies derived from the issuance, assessment or assignment of parking violation tickets, tags, fees, fines, charges, penalties, interest, earnings or other similar revenues by employees, agents or representatives of the Treasurer presently or in the future generated by and payable to the Treasurer for or in connection with the parking of motor vehicles on streets or in or on present or future off-street and on-street parking lots, areas, garages or other similar facilities, including meter collections, parking violations, fines and penalties and permit fees.

Parking Revenues means all revenues collected by the Developer, if any, from the operation of the Parking Improvements during the Term of the Issuer Maintenance and Management Agreement.
