Parking Rights. Two (2) stalls.

Parking Rights. As of the Commencement Date, Tenant shall be permitted to use two hundred (200) parking spaces on an exclusive basis in the Building's parking area (as reasonably designated by Landlord) for the following: 161 passenger cars (6 of which are for handicapped spaces), 2 vans and 37 trailers. More Definitions of Parking Rights

Parking Rights. Lessee shall be permitted, upon payment by Lessee of the then prevailing per car Parking Rental Rate (as the same may be fixed from time to time) within the parking structure of the Building, or upon the payment of such other rate as may be provided herein, to park in designated standard size passenger automobiles in seventy-seven (77) unreserved parking spaces and three (3) reserved parking spaces in the parking structure of the Building.
