Parking RightsAs of the Commencement Date, Tenant shall be permitted to use two hundred (200) parking spaces on an exclusive basis in the Building's parking area (as reasonably designated by Landlord) for the following: 161 passenger cars (6 of which are for handicapped spaces), 2 vans and 37 trailers. Tenant is aware and agrees that the final number of parking spaces may change if required by any Governmental Agency.

  • Tenant’s Parking Rights shall be subject to such reasonable rules and regulations therefor as may be set and changed with reasonable prior notice by the Landlord from time to time and uniformly enforced by Landlord during the Term.
